Stuck in the middle of a crisis, India, at this moment, is battling a super virus that has already killed thousands in various countries. This virus that attacks the lungs and respiratory organs goes by the name of Corona/COVID-19 and finds its roots in Wuhan, China. Its far reach and widespread is causing severe panic, stress, fear, and anxiety.

Although the symptoms (such as cold, cough, fever, sore throat, etc) of the virus are very common to the regular flu or common cold like ailments, there is another aspect of it that is being ignored, OUR MENTAL HEALTH.
