What’s Panchakarma?
Panchakarma means five procedures in Sanskrit. It is one of the most important practices in Ayurveda and aids in clearing the body from all toxins. It is used by Ayurveda in order to balance the three doshas (vata, pitta, and kapha) of our bodies. It is a sign that the Doshas are out-of-balance. Panchakarma balances the Doshas and eliminates toxins from the body. Panchakarma cleanses the body and boosts the immune system.

Detoxification and Immunity
The body has the ability to handle toxins and other unwanted substances. The body is well equipped to deal with toxins and other undesirable substances.
The body has a complex way of eliminating toxic substances. This includes the liver, kidneys, skin, and digestive system, as well as skin, skin, lungs, and skin. We can fine tune these organs through detoxification to make them perform at their best. You can achieve this by using a customized Ayurveda treatment plan, oral medication, and a well-planned food program.
Ayurvedic terminology, “Vyaadhikshamatva”, literally meaning “efficiency in the body to resist disease”, can be closely linked to Immunity. The immune system (which includes lymph nodes, lymphodes, and lymphocytes) can be closely related to Immunity. This literally means “efficiency in the body to resist disease”.
Three main headings have been used to cover the Ayurvedic concept of immunity: (i) Vyadhi Kshamathwa, which is the concept for resistance against illness development (iii). Ojas: The concept of supreme resilience (iii). Bala: The concept strength. Ayurveda should be understood in order to maintain a healthy mind, body, and soul.

The influence of mind and emotion on our immunity is a very new system that is being studied in the past four or five decades, known as Psychoneuroimmunology. The study of the effects of the central nervous systems on immune responses is called Psychoneuroimmunology. This allows us to create natural remedies that have positive effects on the mind, body, and soul. Only when there is an equilibrium between these three, is resistance to change possible.
Detoxification can help achieve balanced immunity. This allows the body’s ability to eliminate toxins, and opens it up to oral medications and nutrients.
